Help Clare’s House Make Rooms for Love

Through dog fostering, walking, and Clare's House Cares Funds, we offer helping hands and hope to loving dog parents facing short-term hurdles like injury and illness. We've helped dozens of people and their pups this year alone, like Jonah, Hank, and Fluffy (you can hear from him in the video below). But, the need is great! Imagine if every senior living community, hospital social worker, hospice center, veteran’s organization, and rehab facility knew about us? Imagine the difference we could make!

Today, Clare’s House is a network of compassionate dog lovers who volunteer to bring pups into their own families and foster them in their own homes. We need a new support model to continue to grow and help more people and their four-legged friends. We need our own physical house, and we need your help to build it!

Why do we need a house of our own?

• We can immediately bring the dog into a safe and loving space.
• We will not be restricted by fosters’ schedules.
• We can help for as long as it takes.
• Volunteers can come to the house, giving us the ability to engage more people who are anxious to help but unable to take a dog into their own homes.
• We do not have to surrender orphaned dogs. We can commit to both owner and pup to be that forever home if necessary.

Our house will be built on a foundation of love. The rooms will be full of zoomies and snuggles. Dogs will play in the yard. The house will be home base for volunteers who can now come to the dogs and share in their care.
